You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowON Maksymilian Mogilski, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your breach of any applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Activities and Penalties for Malicious Use

7.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or user data.
• Exploit the App for malicious purposes, such as fraudulent activities or bypassing security measures.
• Use the App in any manner that violates local, national, or international laws.

7.2. Penalties for Malicious Use:

• If you are found attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or use the App maliciously, you may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties as permitted by law.
• We reserve the right to seek compensation for damages caused by such activities. This may include, but is not limited to, recovery of legal fees, damages incurred, and lost revenue.

7.3. Bounty for Reporting Vulnerabilities:

• If you discover a security vulnerability, you are encouraged to report it to us at support@flowon-tech.com.
• We may reward legitimate reports at our discretion, based on the severity of the vulnerability and its impact on the App.

7. Copyright

7.1. All content, features, and functionality provided in the App are the exclusive property of FlowON Maksymilian Mogilski and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7.2. This includes but is not limited to the App’s design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and any proprietary algorithms or code used in the App.

7.3. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

7.4. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App without prior written permission from FlowON Maksymilian Mogilski.

7.5. Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials may result in civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable laws.

8. Use of OpenAI Provider

8.1. The FlipIt App integrates with and relies on OpenAI services to provide certain functionalities, including but not limited to AI-driven recommendations and content generation.

8.2. As a third-party provider, OpenAI's servers, systems, and availability are outside our control. If OpenAI services experience downtime, disruptions, or limitations, certain features of the App may become partially or fully unavailable.

8.3. We do not take responsibility for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by OpenAI's service outages. These issues cannot be considered as grounds for refunds, compensation, or any liability from the Company.

8.4. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations and accept the risk of potential disruptions arising from OpenAI's infrastructure.
